Role Description

This is a contract role for a Customer Experience and Sales Executive. The role is hybrid, located in Doncaster with some work visiting customers premises. The Customer Experience and Sales Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and assist in resolving issues. The role also involves managing sales processes, meeting sales targets, and maintaining relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include answering calls, booking customer appointments, responding to emails, processing orders, and customer visits.

• Customer service skills and experience in managing customer interactions
• Sales skills with the ability to meet targets and manage sales processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
