Job summary

BUUK Infrastructure in Cardiff is hiring a Customer Services Advisor to deliver high-quality service, handle inquiries, process orders, and support billing and payments across multiple utilities. You will contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty while working from our central Cardiff office.

The role requires strong communication and a proactive attitude, with a 4-week training programme beginning 12 October 2026. Hybrid options may apply for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Experience of dealing with customers or the public.
• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Desirable experience in a contact centre is noted.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries across channels within set timescales and quality measures.
• Represent the company positively, having helpful conversations with customers.
• Strive for first contact resolution and high-quality service.
• Process orders, take payments and assist with troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate customer records to support future interactions.
