Job summary

Santander UK in Aberdeen is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to act as a friendly first point of contact in-branch or by phone and to support day-to-day banking needs. The role covers a multi-skilled mix of transactions, queries, and fraud awareness while delivering great service.

You will join a close-knit team on a 35-hour week, with a rotating schedule from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. The role offers a starting salary of £25,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an 8%

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background (Required)
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs (Required)
• A real desire to go above-and-beyond for customers (Preferred)
