Argos, part of Sainsbury's, is hiring a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service to shoppers on tills, at collection points and across the shop floor. You’ll help customers, answer questions about products and services, and ensure a smooth and friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be above school-leaver age and have UK right to work.
• Willing to work part-time across weekdays and weekends.
• Friendly, helpful attitude with customers and colleagues.
• Comfortable using tills, screens and digital tools to assist shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, websites screens and collection points.
• Assist customers, handle payments, process refunds and explain services.
• Keep stock area tidy and restock deliveries as needed.
• Be available on the shop floor to answer questions and offer product advice.
• Build knowledge of products, services and promotions to make recommendations.
