The AA in Oldbury is hiring a Customer Service Advisor to join our indoor team. You will handle customer calls, emails and web chat, book appointments, and keep customers updated on their journey.

You should be organised, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This full-time, office-based role offers a 40-hour week over five days, including Saturdays, with a competitive salary and benefits.

• Coordinate with dispatchers to manage arrivals and updates.
• Proactively resolve day-to-day operational issues to maintain service.
