Job summary

The AA in Oldbury is hiring a Sales Customer Service Advisor to support customers through their breakdown journey, identify needs and promote the right products for peace of mind.

This office-based role offers a 40-hour week, rotational shifts 07:00–21:00, a base salary of £26,750.04 plus an average £3k OTE, and comprehensive benefits including pension, life assurance and learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers via telephone through their breakdown journey, understanding their situation and identifying their needs for the right solution
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through inbound and outbound customer conversations
• Engaging with customers and building confidence to deliver outstanding customer outcomes on every call
• Identifying customer needs to ensure the correct products are promoted to them whilst resolving all queries
• Pushing for better by using resources, tools and systems available to offer the best customer outcome
• Maintaining focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives the same exceptional level of customer service
