Job summary

Test Valley Borough Council is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a full-time, 18-month temporary contract based at Beech Hurst, Weyhill Road, Andover.

You will handle customer enquiries in our Call Centre and reception, using Microsoft Office; you should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths, and provide a positive service in a busy council environment.

This role includes agile working once fully trained and is a vital link for residents accessing council services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 4-9) including English and Mathematics.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Deal with a variety of customer enquiries in our Call centre and on reception.
