West Berkshire Council is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to deliver high-quality information and support to residents. You will handle bookings, applications and payments, while maintaining accurate records and resolving issues promptly to uphold excellent customer care.

As part of the Customer Service team, you will report to the Customer Services Team Leader and work closely with your colleagues to ensure the highest standards of customer care are met
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, ideally within a contact centre or similar environment. Knowledge of local government services would be an advantage but is not essential.

You will also be entitled to a generous annual leave entitlement starting at 28 days per annum (plus public holidays) Rising by an additional 5 days after 5 years’ service
