Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Aberystwyth branch, working 35 hours weekly on a rota from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will greet customers, handle transactions, assist with technology in-branch, and resolve queries with a focus on protecting customers from fraud.

You’ll be supported by a close-knit branch team in a dynamic environment. The role emphasizes multi-skilled activities and a proactive, customer-centric approach.
