Job summary

Santander Scarborough is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers at the branch and handle queries by phone or in person. The role is 35 hours per week on a rota, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm, for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will deliver outstanding service, build relationships, resolve questions, and learn products to better support customers. The package includes £25,000 salary, £500 flexible allowance, 8% discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background.
• The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs.
• Openness to a broad range of activities even if outside of standard expectations.
