Job summary

Encirc is seeking a Customer Excellence Administrator in Derrylin, Co Fermanagh. You will manage daily customer service tasks such as orders, deliveries, and stock placement, while supporting the Account Management team and ensuring timely deliveries.

The role includes reporting, resolving shipment conflicts and maintaining records, with a focus on accuracy and customer communication. Key requirements include fast-paced customer service experience, SAP MM experience or similar, strong Excel

Qualifications

• Experience of working within a fast paced customer service environment.
• Knowledge and experience of working with SAP Material Management or a similar MRP system.
• A solid working knowledge of MS Office packages in particular Excel.
• Excellent written & verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer service tasks including orders, deliveries and stock placement.
• Support the Account Management team and monitor shipments to resolve conflicts.
• Compile reports, maintain records and expedite orders through internal/external liaison.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting and handle customer feedback and complaints.
