Encirc Ltd in Derrylin, Co Fermanagh, is hiring a Customer Excellence Administrator on a permanent basis (£31-33K per year). You will manage orders, deliveries, stock placement and support the Account Management team to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and proactive communication with customers.

Role involves reporting, processing feedback, handling complaints, and assisting with investigations. Onsite benefits include gym access, pension, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Knowledge/experience with SAP MM or similar MRP system.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Understanding of financial decision making.
• Ability to use own initiative and to plan/adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer service tasks: orders, deliveries, stock placement, and support for Account Management.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries; monitor shipments and resolve conflicts; keep customers informed.
• Compile reports, maintain records, expedite orders via internal/external liaison, and handle customer feedback and complaints.

Job description

Customer Excellence Administrator| Location Derrylin, Co Fermanagh |Permanent | £31-33K Depending on experience

As our next Customer Excellence Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all customer service tasks including customer orders, deliveries, stock placement and and providing support for the Account Management team. The Customer Excellence Administrator is responsible for ensuring customers receive their deliveries in an accurate and timely manner for monitoring shipments to ensure any conflicts are resolved and customers are kept informed throughout the process.

Duties also include compiling reports, maintaining records, expediting orders through internal and external liaison, directing feedback from customers, to relevant departments, reporting and recording customer complaints, delivery failures and returned loads and assisting with investigations where required, validation of deliveries within systems to ensure timely month-end closing and reporting and other general administrative duties.

• Experience of working within a fast paced customer service environment
• Knowledge and experience of working with SAP Material Management or a similar MRP system
• A solid working knowledge of MS Office packages in particular Excel
• Understanding of financial decision making
