Ordnance Survey is seeking a Customer Engagement Executive in Southampton to craft data-led, omnichannel communications for B2B and B2C audiences. You'll join a four-person team within Digital Marketing, reporting to the Customer Engagement Manager, shaping how we connect with customers across app, email, SMS and in-app messaging.

This role blends creativity with analytics, from design to experimentation and personalisation.

Qualifications

• Develop creative content for email, SMS and in-app messaging.
• Use data and testing to optimise campaigns and journeys.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape multi-channel comms.
• Tell engaging stories aligned with customer psychology.

Responsabilités

• Create content across email, SMS and in-app notifications for both B2B/B2C audiences.
• Own and manage the solus email calendar with stakeholders.
• Run regular A/B tests to optimise communications.
• Use behavioural data to deliver personalised recommendations.
• Contribute to performance reporting with insights.
• Support campaign design with high-quality assets.
• Help grow triggered journeys, loyalty programmes and lead scoring.
