Ordnance Survey is seeking a Customer Engagement Executive to craft data-driven, personalised communications across email, SMS, and in-app channels. You’ll own the solus email calendar, run regular A/B tests, and leverage behavioural data to drive tailored product recommendations and location-based inspiration.

Mansioni

• Create content across email (triggered and solus), SMS, and in-app notifications for B2B/G and B2C audiences.
• Own and manage the solus email calendar, coordinating with stakeholders on key events and promotions.
• Run regular A/B tests to optimise performance and improve copy, visuals, and timing.
• Leverage behavioural data to deliver personalised product recommendations and location-based content.
• Contribute to performance reporting by sharing insights and results with stakeholders.
• Support campaign design with high-quality creative assets for giveaways, sign-up forms, and promotions.
