Ordnance Survey is seeking a Customer Insight Analyst to join the Customer Insight team on a 12-month fixed term contract. Hybrid working in Southampton, with a salary £32,489 - £37,904 dependent on experience.

You will support our customer insight programme by turning feedback into actionable insights, working with stakeholders across the business to inform decisions and improve customer experiences.

Competenze

• Inquisitive and analytical mindset; interpret meaning from data.
• Experience analysing customer data and feedback; identify themes & trends.
• Knowledge of primary research methods (surveys, interviews, sampling).
• Translate complex information into clear, actionable insight for audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication; present findings to stakeholders.
• Build effective relationships to understand insight requirements.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple activities.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and communication.
• Experience with survey platforms and CRM systems is advantageous; training available.
• Relevant qualification in business/statistics/marketing or market research or equivalent experience.
