Job summary

Gill Cooke Personnel Ltd T/A The Recruitment Group is seeking a Customer Engagement Executive for a fast-growing construction client. You will support sales activity, nurture existing relationships, and identify new opportunities, with no cold calling.

The role requires excellent customer service, a confident telephone manner, a friendly, proactive approach, and strong organisational skills. You will collaborate with the Field Sales Team to follow up quotes, manage CRM data and help generate

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on quotes and enquiries.
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Gathering information on customer requirements, upcoming projects and competitor activity.
• Working closely with the Field Sales Team to support customer visits and sales activity.
• Managing and updating customer information, quotes and sales activity using the CRM system.
• Supporting the wider sales team with reporting, lead generation and general sales administration.

The Role

As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will play an important role in supporting sales activity, developing existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
