• Collaborate with Field Sales Team to support visits and sales activity.
• Update and manage customer data, quotes and sales activity in the CRM.
• Support the wider sales team with reporting, lead generation and admin tasks.

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our fast-growing client in the construction industry as a Customer Engagement Executive.

As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will play an important role in supporting sales activity, developing existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.

No cold calling!

• Making outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on quotes and enquiries.
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Gathering information on customer requirements, upcoming projects and competitor activity.
• Working closely with the Field Sales Team to support customer visits and sales activity.
• Managing and updating customer information, quotes and sales activity using the CRM system.
• Supporting the wider sales team with reporting, lead generation and general sales administration.
