Job summary

Yorkshire Housing is seeking a Customer Engagement and Wellbeing Team Leader to guide a passionate team that helps customers connect with communities, access support and shape services. You’ll turn insights into action, build partnerships and place customer voice at the heart of decisions.

The role involves leading place-based projects, collaborating across divisions, and measuring impact to demonstrate outcomes. Some evening/weekend work may be needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
• Experience using customer insight to drive improvements.
• Experience in community development, wellbeing, housing or public sector.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing a team of Customer Engagement colleagues.
• Using customer insight to spot opportunities and influence decisions.
• Supporting customers to have a meaningful say through panels, surveys and events.
• Leading place-based projects to strengthen communities and wellbeing.
• Embedding customer voice across the organisation.
