Job summary

Seasalt, Trentham Gardens, is seeking a Supervisor on a 24 hour permanent contract to lead the store team. You will drive sales, coach Sales Advisors, and ensure excellent service while maintaining stock, merchandising and store standards.

You'll partner with the Store Manager to manage operations, loss prevention and KPI achievement, and you will be a key-holder responsible for running the store when required. This role offers a supportive environment and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisor role or equivalent.
• Ability to coach and develop Sales Advisor teams.
• Strong customer service focus and KPI accountability.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in delivering a service culture focused on the customer.
• Guide Sales Advisors to drive add-on sales and omni-channel opportunities.
• Support store leadership in driving sales, profitability and KPIs.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and maximise commercial opportunities.
• Train staff on brand, products and services, and provide feedback to management.
• Manage stock, loss prevention, health and safety, and store operations as a key-holder.
• Run the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
