Seasalt Cornwall in Malvern is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for a 40-hour permanent role, part of the Store Management team. You’ll help drive sales, profitability and KPI targets while supporting the Store Manager with recruitment and team development.

You will lead a team, deliver excellent customer service and maximise commercial opportunities through omni-channel and in-store initiatives, while managing stock and store safety.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team at supervisor level or above.
• Proven ability to meet key KPIs and manage store budgets.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in delivering a service culture centred on customers.
