Job summary

Seasalt is seeking a Store Supervisor for the Aberdeen team on a 24‑hour permanent contract. You will support management to foster a service culture, coach the Sales Advisor team, and drive store sales and KPI delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support management in delivering a service culture that puts the customer first.
• Lead the Sales Advisor team on upselling and omni-channel services.
• Drive store sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Execute visual merchandising and window standards to maximise opportunities.
• Train staff on brand, products, and services.
• Communicate performance to the team and stakeholders with constructive feedback.
• Assist Store Manager with stock, loss prevention, health & safety and operations.
• Act as key-holder and cover store leadership when required.
