Job summary

Seasalt Cirencester is seeking a Store Supervisor on a 16 hour permanent contract. You will support the management team in delivering a service culture that puts the customer first and guide Sales Advisors on upselling and omni-channel opportunities.

You will drive store sales, manage stock and loss prevention, and uphold store standards. You will train colleagues, communicate performance, and act as a key-holder to run the store when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervisory role.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication.
• Ability to drive sales and KPI targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management in delivering a high-quality service culture.
• Lead Sales Advisor team and guide omni-channel sales and upsell opportunities.
• Support store leadership with driving sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Oversee stock management, loss prevention and store safety standards.
• Train staff on product knowledge, brand values and services.
• Act as key-holder and support store operations when required.
