Job summary

Seasalt in Northallerton is seeking a Supervisory leader to support the Store Manager and drive excellent customer service. You’ll manage day-to-day store operations, guide the Sales Advisor team, and help achieve sales and KPI targets while maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising.

As a key-holder, you’ll ensure store security, stock control and loss prevention, while modelling Seasalt’s values and delivering a great shopper experience every day. 32-hour permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail supervision and team leadership.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to drive KPI targets and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in creating a service culture centered on the customer.
• Lead and train Sales Advisors to maximise add-on sales.
• Ensure store sales, profitability and KPI achievement.
• Oversee stock, loss prevention, health and safety.
• Act as a key-holder and run the store when required.
