Job summary

Work Wales in Maesteg is seeking an Aftersales / Customer Resolution Coordinator to join our Commercial team. You will manage customer complaints, returns, credits and aftersales issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions, with collaboration across departments.

The role requires an organised, analytical approach, strong problem solving and excellent communication. Experience in customer service or aftersales support, plus proficiency in Excel and CRM systems, is desirable to drive

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, complaints handling or aftersales support.
Strong problem solver with good communication skills.
Proficient in Excel and CRM systems for data analysis and reporting.
Organised with attention to detail and ability to manage records.
Experience in manufacturing/logistics is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage customer complaints, returns, credits and aftersales queries from start to finish.
Investigate issues, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve commercial, product and delivery issues.
Analyse customer feedback and aftersales data to identify trends.
Maintain accurate records, reports and procedures.
