Confidential is seeking an AfterSales / Customer Resolution Coordinator in Maesteg to join the Commercial team. You will manage customer complaints, returns and credits, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication with customers.

Working cross-functionally, you will investigate issues, identify root causes and support improvements to products, processes and the customer experience. Experience in customer service and CRM is preferred.

Qualificações

• Organised, analytical and confident in managing customer issues with a focus on delivering excellent service.
• Strong problem solving, investigative and communication skills are required.
• Experience in analysing data and preparing reports would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and CRM or similar systems is expected.

• Manage customer complaints, returns, credits and aftersales queries from start to finish.
