Job summary

TransPennine Express is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to work across the north of England, engaging with front-line teams, managers and contractors to maintain high standards of customer service during disruption and routine operations.

You will be an effective communicator with strong customer service experience, flexible hours, and the ability to work outdoors across multiple locations as part of the TRU delivery team.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in fast-paced front-line customer facing roles.
• Must have customer service experience and work under pressure.
• Punctual, team player, well-presented and well-organised.
• Comfortable standing outside for several hours and moving between locations.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for the TRU programme and lead customer management in advance and during disruptions.
• Coordinate with front-line teams, managers, contractors and customers to ensure smooth journeys.
• Communicate clearly to keep customers informed and minimise disruption.
