Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring groceries to customers’ homes. You will be the friendly face delivering service with a smile, handle substitutions and refunds when needed, and keep the van and workspace clean and well organized.

Role requires a valid UK/EU/EEA licence with few penalty points and the ability to work shifts including weekends. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with some locations offering additional payments.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months.
• No more than 3 penalty points.
• Able to commit to 12+ hours per week with a minimum of 16 hours guaranteed.
• Be warm and welcoming with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within their time slot.
• Load the van safely and complete checks to ensure it is roadworthy.
• Provide friendly, reassuring service and handle order changes as needed.
