Job summary

Tesco Retail is hiring Customer Delivery Drivers in the United Kingdom. You will drive a van to customers' homes, hand over groceries, and provide friendly service with a smile as part of a busy, varied role.

You will be responsible for loading, delivering within time slots, and keeping the vehicle clean and roadworthy. A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with up to 3 penalty points is required; minimum 16 hours per week guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and friendly, confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within customers' time slots and provide warm, natural doorstep service.
• Load the van safely and keep it clean and organised.
• Talk customers through order changes and refunds to keep the experience smooth.
• Build good relationships with team members to support service quality.
