Job summary

Tesco is looking for a Customer Delivery Driver to meet customers in their homes and provide friendly, helpful service. The role is hands-on, physical, and varied, with shifts often in the evenings and weekends. You will load, drive, and deliver orders, ensuring items are in perfect condition and handling any order changes with care.

Shifts include set windows and a guaranteed minimum weekly hours. A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months and up to 3 penalty

Qualifications

• Must be able to deliver customer service with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Ability to drive safely and manage deliveries.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries and items to customers in allocated time windows.
• Load and organise the van, keep it clean and safe.
• Explain order changes and substitutions to customers politely.
• Ensure items are delivered in good condition and handle refunds when needed.
• Build good relationships with colleagues to support service quality.
