Job summary

Tesco is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to deliver groceries to customers’ homes across the UK. You’ll represent Tesco on the road, delivering with a smile and assisting customers with substitutions and refunds to ensure on-time delivery within allocated windows.

A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) with up to 3 penalty points is required, along with adherence to GB domestic driving rules.

Qualifications

• A UK/EU/EEA Driving licence (Full or Automatic) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Able to adhere to GB Domestic Driving Rules

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers within the customer's time slot.
• Ensure the van and trays are clean and tidy.
• Explain substitutions and refunds to customers.
• Load and check the van before delivery.
• Talk to customers about order changes and keep them informed.
