The role requires a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence with minimal penalty points, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Reliable, friendly, and customer‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Keep your van, trays and work area clean, tidy, and organised to ensure correct delivery of orders.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to confirm roadworthiness.
• Explain any order changes, substitutions, or short-dated items clearly and help with refunds where needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and customer trust.
• Deliver within the customer’s time slot, providing warm, natural service at the doorstep.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to support great team spirit and customer service.
