Job summary

Waitrose & Partners is hiring a Customer Delivery Driver in Banbury, delivering Waitrose produce directly to customers while representing the brand on the road. You will also support in-store tasks, stock replenishment and housekeeping when not driving.

Qualifications

• Full valid UK manual B-category driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Good time management and ability to work independently.
• Able to undertake physical tasks such as lifting crates and moving cages.
• Reliable, self-motivated and adaptable with IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Check delivery routes at start of day.
• Load and prep van for deliveries and ensure orders are organized.
• Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain road safety compliance.
• Be an ambassador for Waitrose with excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with shopping and build rapport based on trust.
• Support shop team with general tasks as needed.
