Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Capable of lifting crates and moving cages as required.

Responsibilities

• Check daily delivery routes and load van for deliveries.
• Deliver orders directly to customers and maintain van safety checks.
• Ensure road safety and compliance and present Waitrose brand image.
• Assist customers with shopping and build rapport through service.
• Support shop team with general tasks when needed.
