Tesco Customer Delivery Drivers represent our brand on the road, visiting customers’ homes and delivering a high standard of service with a smile. The role is hands-on, physical, and varies by shift, with independence most of the day and support from managers when needed.

Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and options for 12-hour roles. Join us for a rewarding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates friendly and reliable customer service.
• Ability to load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
• Communicates clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Keeping your van and work area clean and organized for accuracy and quality.
• Loading the van safely and completing checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes or substitutions clearly and offer refunds as needed to keep the experience smooth.
• Handle products with care and maintain order integrity from shop to doorstep.
• Deliver within the customer’s time slot with warm, natural service at the doorstep.
