Job summary

Tesco UK is recruiting Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in their homes and deliver great service with a smile. This hands-on, physical role is varied, with shifts that can be independent yet supported by managers back at base.

You’ll drive a Tesco van, load deliveries, check orders, and explain changes to customers to keep the experience smooth. A valid UK/EU/EEA licence (full or automatic) with up to 3 penalty points is required.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months.
• Penalties: no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers’ homes in a timely and friendly manner.
• Load the van safely and keep delivery area clean and organized.
• Check orders, handle substitutions or refunds as needed to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Communicate any changes to customers and ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• Build good relationships with colleagues to support service quality.
