Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver for the Fulbourn Cherryhinton area. You will be the face of Tesco on the road, delivering shopping to customers in a timely and friendly manner.

The role involves shift patterns evenings and weekends, driving a Tesco van and ensuring orders are delivered in pristine condition. A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence and excellent service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Keep van, trays and work area clean, tidy and organised for each delivery.
• Load the van safely and complete checks for roadworthiness.
• Explain order changes and substitutions to customers and process refunds when needed.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Deliver within the customer’s time slot with a warm, friendly approach.
