Job summary

You will work within weekly availability windows, with 16 guaranteed hours per week and potential for at least 12 hours. A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence with up to 3 points is required, and punctual communication with stores and customers is essential.

Qualifications

• A valid UK/EU/EEA Driving licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Preferred ability to adapt to customer needs and provide friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers’ homes during scheduled time slots.
• Load and unload deliveries, keeping the van tidy and organised.
• Explain substitutions or changes to orders and offer refunds if needed.
• Call customers before arrival if running early and contact store if late by 30 minutes or more.
• Maintain safety and customer service standards while delivering with a smile.
