Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to represent the brand on the road, delivering groceries to customers’ homes with a smile. The role is hands-on, physical, and varied, with independent driving and support from a local team.

You’ll drive to time slots, maintain vehicle and workspace, handle order changes and substitutions kindly, and help keep orders in perfect condition. A valid UK driving licence and up to 3 penalty points are required, with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within their time slot and provide friendly service.
• Load and unload the van safely; keep it clean and organised.
• Handle order changes, substitutions, or refunds to keep the experience smooth.
• Maintain product care and quality during delivery.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and work as a team.
• Be welcoming to customers and colleagues and adapt to change on the road.
