This position involves working 40 hours per week, any 5 in 6 days including bank holidays.

Our drivers are the face of our business, and their interaction with customers is crucial to our success.

In this role, you will deliver frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals, bringing sunshine to our customers' doors regardless of the weather. You should enjoy meeting people and be willing to go above and beyond.

You will work in our coldstore at -20ºC. Protective clothing will be provided, along with breaks to warm up and have hot drinks.

You will work as part of a team, helping the office and picking teams. We encourage movement between teams for flexibility, job satisfaction, and personal development.

Salary: £11.45 per hour + bonus and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver frozen meals to customers promptly
• Pick orders in the coldstore
• Use our app to update delivery status
• Provide excellent customer service
• Inspect your van before shifts
• Drive safely and legally
• Maintain your van (cleaning and refueling)
• Report discrepancies or delays to the office
• Maintain customer confidentiality
• Support office and picking teams when needed
• Report safety, stock, or vehicle issues
• Assist team members during absences or holidays

Qualifications/Personal Qualities

Essential:

• Experience in customer service roles
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (held for at least 3 years)
• Basic computer skills, including phone apps
• Work stability evidence
• Secondary education

Desirable:

• Experience in multi-drop delivery
• Experience in care roles
• Warehouse experience
• Health & Safety awareness

Personal Qualities

• Friendly, reliable, approachable
• Good attendance and punctuality
