Your role in a nutshell

Support the store management team in driving sales and profit through delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor, while demonstrating and upholding the company’s values and vision, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.

With over 2,000 products designed to suit every customer's preferences, our team is on-hand daily to engage with customers, learn their needs, and recommend products that make them feel good. Many products are packed with natural ingredients sourced ethically through Community Trade programs, helping communities build better lives as we promote skincare regimes that are both effective and ethical.

As part of our team of Consultants, you will offer expert advice, provide insight into our products and philosophy, and engage proactively with customers to find products that suit their lifestyles and preferences.
