Job summary

Endeavour Automotive is seeking a friendly Customer Concierge for Omoda & Jaecoo Watford. You will be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming, professional and seamless experience for customers arriving or contacting us.

Working 45 hours per week, this full-time role includes supporting showroom, service and online enquiries, coordinating with teams and maintaining showroom standards. The role offers a £30,000 salary plus bonus up to £6,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised and able to work in a busy dealership.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression for showroom visitors.
• Own the customer journey and keep clients informed of next steps.
• Handle telephone calls and enquiries professionally.
• Support online enquiries and route to the right team promptly.
• Assist Sales and Aftersales teams with showroom visits and customers.
• Maintain showroom standards and collaborate with colleagues.
