Job summary

Lookers Newcastle Customer Contact Centre is seeking Customer Advisors to deliver outstanding service across calls, emails and chats. You will drive bookings, promote service plans and support sales and aftersales activities while upholding brand standards and GDPR compliance.

You will work 40 hours weekly with a weekend/bank holiday rota, contributing to a high-performing customer-centric team in a busy automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using CRM systems or customer service software.
• Ability to work with technology and handle multiple channels (phone, email, chat).

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, emails, live chats, and digital inquiries.
• Book maintenance and upsell service plans.
• Maintain accurate data notes and achieve outbound targets.
