Abri in Eastleigh is seeking a dedicated Complaint Officer to guide customers through the complaint handling process, acknowledge and investigate cases, and reach fair outcomes.
You will promote a customer-first approach, act as an ambassador for Abri, and help deliver an outstanding experience by addressing root causes and continuous improvement. This role requires a minimum of three days per week in the Eastleigh office, with two days flexible work from home or another location.
