Job summary

Foresite Recruitment Limited is supporting a leading UK housebuilder in recruiting a Customer Care Technician for the North East. The role involves attending new build properties to investigate and resolve defects, performing multi-trade repairs, and delivering high-quality snagging and finishing works.

You will liaise with homeowners, manage appointments across developments, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Customer Care Technician, Multi-Trader, Maintenance Operative or similar.
• Strong knowledge of general building and maintenance works.
• Skilled across multiple trades – ideally joinery, carpentry, plastering, plumbing and decorating.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• New homes experience is highly desirable, but open to other profiles.

We’re currently working with a leading UK housebuilder who are looking for an experienced Customer Care Technician to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled multi-trade professional with experience within new build housing, maintenance or customer care.

The Role:

• Attend new build properties to investigate and resolve customer defects
• Complete a range of multi-trade repairs and remedial works
• Carry out snagging and finishing works to a high standard
