Job summary

CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Customer Care Operative to join a busy team covering the North West region, including Stockport, Liverpool, Crewe and Stoke. You will attend customers' homes to investigate defects and carry out remedial works to a high standard.

The role offers up to £35,000, a bonus, and a company van with a fuel card, supporting a regional North West patch and permanent opportunities with an established team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer care, repairs, maintenance or aftercare.
• Comfort with joinery, painting, masticing and plastering.
• Experience in new build housing or social housing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out customer care and aftercare works within occupied properties.
• Investigate and resolve defects and maintenance issues.
• Complete remedial works to a high standard.
• Liaise professionally with homeowners, tenants and customers.
• Work across multiple trades including joinery, painting, masticing and plastering.

• Represent the company professionally when working in customers' homes.

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Operative to join a busy team covering the North West.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys working directly with customers and taking pride in delivering high-quality remedial works and aftercare.

The Role

As a Customer Care Operative, you'll be responsible for attending customers' homes to investigate and resolve defects and maintenance issues, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and customers receive excellent service.

You’ll cover a regional patch stretching from Stockport across to Liverpool and down towards Crewe and Stoke.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out customer care and aftercare works within occupied properties
• Investigate and resolve defects and maintenance issues
• Complete remedial works to a high standard
• Liaise professionally with homeowners, tenants and customers

About You

• Has previous experience in customer care, repairs, maintenance or aftercare
• Is confident across joinery, painting, masticing and plastering
• Ideally has experience within new build housing or social housing
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills
• Can work independently and manage their own workload
• Takes pride in the quality of their work
• Has a professional and reliable approach
• Holds a full UK driving licence
