Customer Care Technical Support Specialist

Bicester

Commercial/Office Division

A new opportunity to join a friendly team within a busy company has arisen. They are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the position of Customer Care Technical Support Specialist. Within this position you will be providing high quality product and service support to customers and clients.

Based in Bicester, the hours of work will consist of 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.

Duties of the role Customer Care Technical Support Specialist:

  1. Building relationships with customers.
  2. Advanced product and technical support.
  3. Handling technical escalated customer complaints and problem solving to gain resolution.
  4. Building knowledge regards the products and systems.
  5. Manage queries and advising customers as to best option of product to meet their needs.
  6. Updating the company CRM system Salesforce.
  7. Support with support requests stemming from social media, and the company website.
  8. Processing Orders.
  9. Using a computer-based telephone ERP system.

Personal Attributes:

  1. Have previous experience within a telephone-based customer service role.
  2. Tech support experience gained within a Mobile phone or App background would be advantageous.
  3. Computer literate and able to use Microsoft office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience using a CRM system also would be advantageous.
  4. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  5. Work well within a team, supporting them when required.
  6. Demonstrate a technical mindset using initiative and problem solving.
  7. Be organised and able to work to deadlines.

Offering £32,000 per annum plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off! There is also a company profit related bonus dependant on the company achieving annual targets.

Product training will be given to the right candidate; this is a great company to work for and develop your skills.
