Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Investigate commercial requests and resolve information in line with policy.
• Administer contract amendments and account changes with accuracy.
• Review sales calls and post-sale interactions to identify root causes and resolve disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of investigations and communications in business systems.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve queries within SLAs.
• Support reporting by gathering and analyzing operational and financial data.
