Job summary

AO is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for its Crewe location. You will be the main contact for customer issues and enquiries, handling calls and delivering a friendly, solution-focused service. You’ll work to keep deliveries aligned with lead times and postcode requirements.

The role is 25 hours per week on a fixed term contract, based at Weston Road Crewe. Salary £16,627 per annum, with AO benefits and pension support.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and ability to handle calls.
• Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
• Will be in office across all 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to ensure deliveries meet lead times.
• Provide excellent customer service and build connections with customers.
