New Look is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Care Advisor in Weymouth to support customers across live chat, social media, email and voice channels. You will help customers with queries, deliver our Care & Easy promise and work as a friendly, proactive member of the Team Mates in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

You’ll contribute to a positive customer experience, build relationships with internal store teams, and help resolve issues at first contact where possible.

Qualifications

• Positive, friendly disposition suitable for customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support colleagues.
• Proficient with computers and standard office software.
