CDER Group in Darlington is looking for customer-focused individuals to join our contact centre. You will handle calls, follow guidelines, log interactions and negotiate effective solutions while delivering excellent service.

• Answering calls: ensure prompts are answered promptly with guideline-aligned responses.

• Providing Feedback: report volume and case types to Team Leader.
• Logging Calls: maintain accurate records for clients and customers.
• Negotiating Solutions: balance customer needs with company interests to reach effective resolutions.
